The 2015 Omaha Entertainment and Arts Awards, to be held January 17, 2016 at 7:00pm at the DoubleTree Hotel in Downtown Omaha, promises to offer a memorable evening to thank the artists who keep Omaha culture alive. The annual red carpet event uniquely recognizes those from the world of performing arts, visual arts and music.
This year’s nominee list of 200+ artists was compiled from thousands of public nominations submitted online during the open ballot session at oea-awards.com. Hancock & Dana, one of Omaha’s largest locally-owned accounting firms, tallied the top nominations in each category and will be tabulated the final results for this year’s awards from the vote of the three OEAA academies, featuring professionals and industry experts in live music, performing arts and visual arts.
